Jay T: Great price and size but unfortunately we had to return the bench, looked nice and box was not damaged but upon opening the top part of the bench hinge was stripped off of the base. We may have just gotten a bad one or perhaps it could have been damaged with shipping but we decided on a different bench due to the damage on the hinge. I have little kids so some things need to be pretty durable at our house

Frank Dessalles: did not come with a wrench, used mine, easy to assemble, perfect size compared to the one that came with my Yamaha clp 785 which was too small ... Very comfortable and sturdy, no wobbling issue whatsoever, the storage compartment is big enough and DOES stay open until you close it down, you do have to hold it until it,s completely down so not to hurt your fingers....Highly recommended!

Daniel: Assembly is easy enough but also a bit awkward to be honest, and there’s a lot of wiggle room in the bolt hole meaning you can end up having some of the legs lower or higher than the others. Be wary of this and also when you assemble it i’d recommend bolting them in order from corner to corner so you can stand it up for some of the assembly, super awkward, limited movement space for wrench.

Nice piano bench though, not super comfy but for the price you might as well - looks good and the main selling point being the size, you can get two people on it easy and feels very sturdy.

Amazon Customer: This bench just arrived and I’m very happy overall. It is very easy to assemble with all parts and tools included in the packaging - just had to bolt the legs onto the bench. The bench itself is high gloss and in good condition, the cushioned bench is vinyl and a nice smooth cover. It’s not overly cushioned, but that was my preference. The only slight drawback is that the storage area is very small. If you have a lot of books or music to store, it doesn’t have a large capacity. But for my needs it’s plenty. Overall, I would say it’s a good quality bench for a reasonable price.

PROS:
+Easy to assemble
+Storage space is adequate (keeps me from being a sheet-music pack-rat!)
+Great height for my electric piano
+Width allows two people to sit side-by-side if needed
+Very attractive - the legs are shiny and the padding is smooth
+Comfortable seat - plenty of cushion to let you sit for an extended time while playing
+Doesn't scratch my hardwood floors

CONS-
- Really, my only complaint is that it's a bit wobbly. I've tightened the nuts as much as I can, and the seat still has a bit of a jiggle to it. It's not excessive or worrisome, but it's a bit distracting.

Overall, I'd recommend this bench. It's attractive and will suit the purpose. Just hang onto the little wrench that comes with it so you can tighten up every now-and-then.

Trish M.: Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and comfort of the bench. It's easy to assemble albeit slightly awkward due to the angle of the placement of the screws. Any wobble due to what appears to be uneven leg length can be remedied. The first time I finished assembly, the bench was wobbly and one leg seemed slightly shorter. But when I removed and compared that leg to the others, it seems like the same length. So, I swapped the "shorter" leg around with anorher leg. When installing the "shorter" leg, I adjusted the position slightly lower before tightening. Now all the legs appear to be even and the bench is stable.

When I first sit on the bench and when I get off the bench, it creaks a little. It's very sturdy and the cushion is just right for comfort. I don't know why it creaks every time I first sit down on it or get up but it doesn't creak when I'm settled in. Doesn't bother me though. I highly recommend this bench if you want a sturdy and comfortable two-person bench, don't mind a bit of creak, and you are on a budget. And final note, my cat loves to curl up on it so I covered the bench with a small soft blanket.
