John Brian Moran: I was originally looking for an adjustable height piano bench. I bought this thinking that's what it was, my fault. However, it is just right for me sitting at my baby grand piano. It has a black lacquer finish shinier than I thought but nice even though my piano is a matte finish. Assembly is very simple and quite sturdy. The plush faux leather top is comfy and obviously I cannot comment on its durability quite yet but looks and feels good.
The bad: why the buttons on the seat? I thought I would not be able to detect them while seated but I do.
