Vay UngVay Ung: Softens the light enough so that it doesn't feel blinding, and looks great on webcam and conference calls. We always get compliments on our picture quality even when we're using the webcams built into our laptops.

It's essential in my opinion.

Tiffanie at Copyfoxx: It was kind of hard to get it onto the ring light properly. It almost feels too small, but once it’s on, it does what it’s supposed to.

Mack Lee: This size is snug for the 14" ring light so it really took me some effort to get it fixed. The fabric is of appropriate thickness and helps generate nicely diffused lighting especially perfect for portraits and selfies. I don't have to take it off frequently so it's still good for my regular use.

theroxx: Do NOT buy this. For one, it barely goes on, and the cloth and velcro rips, and you'll need two people to get it on. Most importantly. It makes NO DIFFERENCE to your lighting. The people on here leaving positives are delusional. You get a better diffusion from wrapping a white scarf around your ring.

Don't waste your time and your money

JessJess: I'm happy with it. For the price, I know it's not professional quality but does the job. The material isnt super thick but I ordered soft boxes (Amazon) with the same type of material so its not uncommon and seems to do it's purpose. As far as the fit, I know it didn't come with any instructions but only a few seconds after patiently playing with it, it does fit the Neewer 14" ring light I have (from Amazon). Fitment isn't exactly spot on but again $17.... Can't expect miracles in my opinions, just have to play around with it a little extra. If it helps the straps attach around the back, I added some photos to maybe help.

tech driver: Sitzt, passt grade so, hat keine Luft !

Ich denke das man für eine. Preis von Ca. 8€ nicht auf zu hohem Niveau hoffen sollte.. Und ich nehm es auch eher gelassen also keine Panik.

Was mich leider etwas stört ist, dass der Difussor für meinen 14" Ring viel zu klein ist.
Ich weiß nicht wie meine Vorredner das mit "sitzt, passt, hat Luft" bewerten kann, aber ich denke es könnte evtl einfach an dem Ringligt selbst liegen. Es gibt viele verschiedene und 14" müssen nicht immer genau 14" entsprechen.. Wenn ihr wisst was ich meine.
Grob sicher schon, aber sie unterscheiden sich einfach, und ich denke das mein Ringlicht das auch von Neewer ist, evtl zu maskulin ist. Ich werde nochmal nach einem anderen schauen, oder es mit der 18" Variante probieren.

Bilder werde ich die Tage nochmal beifügen.

Aber ansonsten tut es denke ich was es soll, es macht das harte Licht etwas weicher, aber auch hier bitte keine Wunder erhoffen ;)

Culture Enthusiast: Se avete la ring light della Neewer e vi infastidisce l'intensita' del led questo prodotto puo' essere la soluzione. Agisce come na sorta di "filtro" che diffonde la luce e la fa filtrare senza che vi "accechi". Io l'ho comprato su amazon warehouse per 3 euro ed a quel prezzo va bene. Il prezzo originale di quasi 10 euro, mi sembra eccessivo. Si tratta di un accessorio che potrebbero tranquillamente includere nella confezione della lampada, ma si sa che alcune aziende utilizzano gli accessori per far cassa.

Il prodotto e' una cinesata: molto dozzinale. Il materiale e' tipo quello del K-way: non si deve scaldare o comunque rischiare di "incendiare". Occorre un po' di manualità per montarlo e per farcelo stare sulla ring light (le misure sono indicate in modo pessimo su amazon, io ho la ring light 14 pollici e questa misura va bene, l'ho controllato su amazon US).

Si aggancia abbastanza bene alla ring light grazie a delle "cinghie/lacci" con il velcro. Non e' molto semplice da mettere e togliere dalla ring light. Un effetto simile si puo' ottenere attaccando della carta da forno sulla luce led ad una frazione del prezzo.

Scott Ballantyne: This is a good product. We were hoping to use this to light the faces of our interviewers who do online interviews with students and others. Unfortunately, the height of the stand makes positioning of the ring light awkward. It is too high to place on a desk so it needs to be behind (too far from the face) or at the side (an awkward angle for the interviewer). The attachment to the tripod is non-standard, so you can't just replace it with another tripod (such as a tabletop stand). Neewer used to make their own tabletop stand but this has been discontinued. I wrote the company, who responded promptly but they did not have a solution for our problem. So I am deducting one star since the product, as shipped, is awkward to use, one star for the non-standard tripod attachment, and one more star for no-solution from the company. If you're going to have non-standard parts, you need to supply your own version of alternatives.

If you have other uses for this product, you might very well find it to be perfect for your use. The price is certainly the best we have found. It's too bad we have to explore other vendors.

Tori Lenell: This filter does what it's supposed to. It didn't come with directions which wasn't the biggest deal because I did figure out how it goes on.. but how hard it is to print a piece of paper or send an email after purchase? If you see my review of the newer 12"inner/14"outter LED ring light, I mention the same thing.
Once you know how to put it on, it only takes a minute to get it on and start using your ring light.
