Melissa K. Shaffer: Not a big fan of it but it does heat up nicely. I liked another that I had that molded better to my neck and back but no longer being made. It will do but not my favorite.

CheliChelle: I got this product because I needed it for my shoulders and neck. Only heats up on the backside, not weighted down enough to feel heat on the shoulders or neck area. Only vibrates/massages on back side shoulder blades. DOES NOT MASSAGE IN FRONT OR SHOULDERS. Just not what I expected for what I needed.

Lori Lyn: As a computer user for 12-14 hours a day, I can recommend this massage/heating pad. It's comfortable and you can select from 4 or 5 massage settings and have the warmth on or off. And I think the price is reasonable. Good quality.
