H. LeCoqH. LeCoq: Okay so I bought this for my cat that's losing his hair on the back side of his body, and losing weight. He would kind of eat them but he didn't really like them. I've only had them for a few days so I can't attest to how they work. But what I did was I took a 10 of them and I put them in the food chopper with about ½ cup of nutritional yeast, which adds all the B vitamins, a bit of coconut oil for extra fat, and about 2T. of Tomlyn nutri-cal high calorie nutritional gel for cats, and about 2T. of water. It made a dough, kinda like cookie dough. Stuffed it into one of those little silicone ice cube trays and put them in the fridge to harden. My cat loves these.

They should have a better flavour so the cats would eat them.

LL: After my senior cat developed skin and itchiness issues, I had trouble finding something in treat form. I first used the skin and fur supplements from Feline Greenies; Buddy liked them at first, later on not so much. Recently everyone has been out of those, so I found this NaturVet product and decided to try it.
Day 1: Gimme gimme gimme! Before I could even get the lid off, Buddy was trying to get into the package!
Day 2: Meh. I may or may not eat these if there's nothing better.
So we'll see. I must say I'm surprised after he was so enthusiastic at first sniff, and then the smell and taste no longer appealed. As long as he's not itching and scratching, I'll keep offering them.

Mike Ferris: These are hard to rate. I thought it was a good idea, but our kitties look at me like “you eat them”. Someone’s cats may like them but ours didn’t.
