Sun: At the end of the day, a loofah is a loofah. I like this particular one because:
- it is quite big which makes it easy to shower quickly
- it lasts a while. It did not fall apart on me
- it suds up nicely
- it exfoliates well
One thing I noticed was that it was not drying well between uses because of how I was storing it. I had to modify that to ensure it doesn’t get moldy.
I reordered a new set, so I figured it was worth a review.

Tanya T.: I’ve been using loofahs for years but sometimes it’s hard to find one that has the quality that I like. Some are too flat, too rough, not rough enough. This one is perfect for me. It expanded perfectly. Fits great in my hand. But the big plus for me is how it feels on my skin. The exfoliating is top tier. I just love using this everyday. Ken K: Bought this 3 1/2 months ago. The first of the two sponges is pretty worn out after daily use. It was stiff initially but softened up after use. I felt it did a good job of exfoliation, though I have no scientific measurement of that. My only “ding” is that I have a relatively difficult time washing with the sponge in my non dominant hand. But despite that I’d still give it a “definitely buy again” rating.

RyanRyan: At first, my wife and I really enjoyed these body scrubbers. The exfoliating side of the pad scrubbed really well and left us feeling nice and clean. The soft side is barely usable because the hand strap takes up most of the pad's surface area, making the strap the only part that you can feel. Once you start bathing/showering and get the hand strap wet it becomes useless. As you can imagine, the entire loofah softens up quite a bit when you soak it in water. This causes the strap to flex and stretch to the point where it's impossible to stay on your hand securely.
These annoyances would be entirely tolerable if it weren't for the fact that the loofahs QUICKLY come apart after just a few uses. We noticed the outer stitching came loose and the loofahs fell apart after barely a weeks worth of use. The first time it happened I just figured it was an isolated issue, so I accepted the loss and disposed of the loofah. Loofah #2 eventually had the same exact issue, so I made sure to document it and tried reaching out to Fancy Pine by scanning the QR codes on the card that's included in the packaging. Scanning the QR codes just forward me back to Amazon's homepage. That's it.... Not...
