Nava: It feels like cheap plastic and is a lot bigger than I expected. Not woth the $28 I paid. Would get one of the other cheaper ones if I was bying again.

Maggie Whitney: I found this really helpful to use before and after running when I was dealing with foot pain. It has pretty much resolved now. I actually purchased one for a relative who was dealing with plantar fasciitis, and he said it helped. It is a little larger than some other rollers, but sturdy, and the nubs on it are not sharp or painful, which I experienced with some other rollers. I’d recommend this to anyone needing a roller for foot pain.

The Judge: I'm an avid runner and plantar fasciitis is a natural part of the process. I've tried balls and other items, but for a foot, this works pretty good. You operate it pretty much as it looks. Sit down, put your foot on it and roll back and forth over the plantar muscle on the bottom of your foot. The idea is to massage out tension from the muscle. It is not complicated. It's firm and the hard plastic nubbies help to massage the muscle. I've been using it for about a month and there are no problems with it's stability or use. It won't heal the injury or repair any damage. It just works to massage the muscle and it does just that. I recommend it.

Mary Isbon: I love this thing! I work 10 to 14 hour shifts bartending and comfortable shoes don’t always work with the way I need to dress but this sweet little spiky mamma saves me from so much pain! I keep it in my nightstand to use it in bed before I go to sleep and it really makes a world of difference. If I forget to use it, my first steps in the morning feel like I am walking on nails but when I have used it the night before I wake up walking on pillows. I have gotten all of the girls at work hooked on it too! No pedicure, foot massage, expensive insoles or voodoo magic can do this thing justice. The only way it could be better is if it poured me a glass of wine and got my husband to do the dishes

AGP: Feels good, nice hard little knobbies are what my feet like. In all honesty I can't diss this product completely. So that's why my review is not 1 star or 2 stars.

This would be a 5 star item IF THE PLASTIC WERE BETTER QUALITY. There's nothing defective about the manufacturing of it, but the plastic is very thin. I've seen dogs toys that look similar that are of heavier, better-quality plastic than this. AND they cost less. One reviewer in the 1-stars (which I only read today) noted that his fell apart because of the cheap plastic. I can easily believe this would not stand up to regular use from a heavy-weight person.

I'm keeping it because of the portability combined with foot feel. My feet do like it, and it doesn't look like Amazon has anything better with the same type of knobs. Plus I need it to travel soon.

Natural Chemistree: get your engineers to add some plastic back into the manufacture of this item. The bottom line profit you gain from being chintzy with the manufacturing process is not worth the hit to your reputation. Your customers would be happier on the whole. Cindy B.: I just love this device! I recently had problems with pain in my right foot due to Plantar Fasciitis. Since I stand on my feet most of the day, I looked for some kind of remedy to alleviate the pain. My wife did a search on Amazon Smile for me and came up with this wonderful, very effective foot massage roller. I use it for 5 or 6 minutes in the evening and it really relaxes the muscles. When I get up the next day, my foot has less pain; and every day the pain gets less and less.
