Dave: They do not seem to be as effective as I was expecting, as there wasn't much increase in the amount of times I felt I needed to relieve myself as anticipated. However, since I have never used water pills before, I have no idea what is normal to expect.
I pretty sure they worked, but they were also part of a dietary change that just included them. Therefore, I am not absolutely certain as to how well they would be on their own.

DOJ: I been using this for years as a supplement. I lose 15lbs a month not from this but on calorie count system i do. This supplement helps you by helping burn those calories. When i take this at noon time before i go to work i feel the surge of energy around 3 till 9p, here i move and think faster than usual, my metabolism is on its heights, then i'll crash after 9. That way i feel i burned a lot of calories that helped me on my weight loss. This happens on daily basis. Now i maintained my weight at 170 from 240 (in 2018) when I started my own weight program. So don't expect too much on this supplement alone. It will need a lot of work to lose weight. Like you work hard to earn money, same as you work hard to lose weight. Any weight program will work as long you put your mind on it.
