Andrea Holcombe: I was a bit skeptical when I ordered these pills because other diuretics I have tried have had no effect on me. I ordered these and was surprised because the 3 days I have been taking them i have been eating a lot of sodium and i have not retained 1lb of water. I'm sure if i lowered my sodium i could get rid of the 6lbs of extra water i have with these pills. So far they are great!

latoyise ross: I don't swallow the pills I crack them open and then just mix the contents in with water and drink the water. But for my needs they work perfectly. It should be noted that you must stay hydrated when taking these as that's how they work even though they get rid of the water you still need to put water in your body. With that being stated, don't just take these as an overweight person due to the fact that fat is mostly water weight, and think it's going to get rid of your water weight immediately. It's not I mean it's going to start working but it will also more than likely dehydrate you causing heart problems or chest pain. But if taking properly it will help you to clean out your system and feel a lot better!

AznRevlAzn: OK so here was my situation: For a good week i was consuming high sodium meals, i am obese, and live a sedentary life style due to unemployment. That included Fast food, instant meals, etc. My body took it's toll after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving-left-overs feasting. I was eating food without realizing how much sodium I was ingesting for a good 3 weeks. I went to my family doctor and he checked me and got back to me with the blood and urine tests and said everything seems to be fine, the bloating he believed was due to being obese, sitting around for prolonged hours, not being active, and high sodium intake. I took his advice and he said i needed to process the retaining liguid by taking either a prescription or natural diaretic and start moving my fat ass more often and lose the weight.
Mind you I wanted to go natural eating right and take OTC medicine/supplements because i didn't want any of the other possible side affects from the prescribed medicine he told that would might occur. I ordered these water pills and got them the next day with Prime.
Mind you while taking these pills i changed my diet to high protein and fiber w/ low sodium and becoming more active...
