Kellie B.: I believe that it helps to relieve some water retention but I don't know that, even with watching what I eat and doing some minor exercising, that it is a WEIGHT LOSS agent. I don't believe I would call it that because I don't believe it is most effective at that. Helping with water retention so that my foot does not swell after an injury to my leg ... yes, it seems to help with that.

Key Yo: I have been taking this about a month now. I feel a little improvement with swelling. The legs used to get swollen to the point I felt pain but I don't feel pain and they don't get swollen much. Also my face is not as puffy as before. I still get swollen hands and face when I wake up but I guess it is normal. The only time I feel bloated/swollen is the day after eating out. I think this is just me. I guess I eat too much when I eat out.
I don't feel like I go to the bathroom more often like other people say. The weight doesn't change but i feel it helps not gain weight.
You definitely need exercise if you want to lose weight.
