Cortney: This is going to be a long review but I am writing in hopes of possibly helping someone who has been in a similar situation to myself.
I have struggled with bouts of extreme depression and constant anxiety my entire adult life. I experienced the trauma of my only sibling’s death at 17 years old. I began heavily drinking alcohol because I felt it was the only thing that would make my anxiety subside. After countless consequences from my drinking, I decided to get sober in 2010. After years of sobriety my life was better in a lot of ways but I was completely disheartened to learn my anxiety and especially my bouts of depression, sometimes lasting a year, were worse than ever. Float Therapy Spa: Been taking this for about a month and I feel great. This really does improve my mood by controlling anxiety. It also helps significantly decrease my appetite and cravings for junk food. I just don't eat as much and I even forget to eat for hours most days. I've never been "overweight" but I did go up a couple sizes when I got too busy to work out for a year. I started working out again and although I don't own a scale, I know I've dropped a whole size so far. I'm on my second bottle but I noticed it started working for me immediately. April D.: Great Product to help relieve stress. My mom recently had a stroke, and, as her only child, life has been incredibly challenging. I have been waking up in the middle of the nights with panic attacks, wondering how I would cope with caring for her, and meeting the financial challenges of her medical bills. I now take two 5-HTP before bed, and even though those medical bills still loom, and life as a caregiver has not gotten any easier, I have not had a panic attack since then. There are still times when I get close to panicking during the day, and have resorted to taking an extra 5-HTP on those occasions. Honestly, without this supplement, I think I would either have to resort to something like Valium, or would find myself huddled in a corner in fetal position some days. If your life abounds with more challenges than solutions, I would highly recommend adding 5-HTP to your day.
