Matthew: The meter is great but the cylinder is cheep glass. My cylinder broke immediately where as a proper tempered glass or Pyrex cylinder will las a long time. For the price the meter is worth it. Just get a better cylinder.

Tony B.: I received mine in a timely manner and it was well packed and protected. Tested it out on some known alcohol contents and found the accuracy to be pretty good. the large print makes it easy to read and the gradients are easy to understand with percent by volume on one side and proof on the other.

Freddy The Frog: Very nice clear glass, easy to read Hydrometer
Stands nice on the table. I screwed the plastic base to a wooden platform for greater stability.
The glass test jar is easy to remove and clean out/sanitize.
The Hydrometer comes in a handy protective sleeve and is clearly marked for all stages of brewing.
I definitely recommend this combo for anyone making home brews.

Dakota: Good product just be careful as the hydrometer glass is EXTREMELY thin. Squeezed it with my fingers a little too hard and it shattered everywhere. Worked well why it was operational though.
