Mamaof2girlsMamaof2girls: It’s an awesome heating pad! It covers my shoulders and goes halfway down my back, which is incredible and really helps my pain. I use mine every day, multiple times a day. However, I bought it 9/22. Today is 9/9 and it has completely died.
Starting having issues w/ the wiring that comes out of the pad maybe 2-3 months ago. There are smaller wires that feed through into a round piece. That round piece allows for the cord to be placed inside, which is then plugged in. However, those small wires came out, and I have to tuck them back in, or cover them, because they are quite hot and very uncomfortable. Love it but have 3 stars b/c it didn’t last & the wiring issue.

Deane Nelson: I have back issues upper and lower and work from home. This can be worn sitting upright! It has a snap around the neck and a tie around the waist and is a very comfortable and helpful way to ease the tension and discomfort in your back…neck to butt! ( and it covers the tops and front of the shoulders too!). Incredible!

bigcitylittlehouse: My family has been using this heating pad for the last 2 years and it is fantastic! I love so much about this heating pad... first of all it fastens securely to your body (around the neck and also around waist). It is reversible so if you are laying down you can decide which side of your body you want the cord to lay on! You can remove the cover and wash it... don't put it in the dryer though. And the cover is so incredibly soft. It is a nice size and for the average person it covers the whole back. The hot does get really hot, which is so nice if you live with chronic pain. It does cool down on its own after it has been on a while, so to get it to heat back up just turn it off for a few minutes and then turn back on. Having a nice heating pad like this comes in so handy even if you do not live with chronic pain. Worth every penny!
