MyPortaWash Rechargeable Battery-Powered Portable Bidet Handheld Water Sprayer

Rajaa: I bought it six months ago, tested it and it worked fine. I stored it safely in my walk in closet. When it was time to travel I charged the power battery and it charged fine. When I arrived to my destination and installed it it showed that the battery did not charge. I tried to charge it again it blinked to charge until it charged fully. Tried to use it it does not work. Took it to charge again no lights nothing. Very disappointed as I never really used it. I want a battery replacement.

Satisfied buyer: This package arrived yesterday and I thought OH NO but have used it successfully, not just as a bidet but as a sprayer.

To those who put it away because they saw no way to recharge the battery:
I was almost with you as the magnifiers I wear aren't strong enough to read the instructions.
If you don't have a large hand-held magnifier, get one, 5X strength minimum.
The USB cord enclosed is at this moment plugged into a RAVpower which was fully charged.

THE BATTERY PACK IS NOT WATERPROOF. After using the device, remove the battery pack. Get it out of the bathroom.
I am keeping the package with instructions in a Hefty Jumbo slider bag so would I use this for travel? On a road trip or camping, when bringing a collapsible bucket (highly recommended to make this a complete experience) oh yeah but on a plane trip probbbbbably not. Definitely not during the flight.

The shower head tips on or off and the sprayer head is just as strong as the kitchen sink sprayer.

Whoever claimed this device stopped working after a few months may not have recharged it.
Instructions advise to recharge it at least every few months.

E.E.: This is seriously the best bidet, and I have many. The hose head is just like a kitchen sink sprayer. Contrary to what people say in the reviews, it's not hard to use. You use it just like any other handheld bidet that is about the same size anyway. You need a bucket to hold the water and submerge the pump in, but that's easy. It's 30 degrees out and I used cold tap water and it's fine. It gets your bum SO MUCH CLEANER than the other handheld bidets that have a small stream. I think people who say there is no pressure just can't aim lol this is like a true Indian bidet hose, not the cheap flimsy American single-stream sprays for people who are too afraid to really get clean.

Sahaj Gupta: My grandfather from a south Asian country was traveling the states and straight-up refused to use the standard toilet paper for the rest of his 20-day travels. I quickly went on amazon to check if this sort of product exists. Luckily it was on prime and I quickly ordered it in like 2 minutes of looking.
Thanks to amazon prime it arrived in a day. The product itself is easy to use and convenient. Does NOT come with a bucket.
The leakage issues mentioned in other reviews might be because the o ring included in the package might have been missed out by the users while assembling the unit. I didn't see the o ring the first time, later when going through the package realized my mistake and that fixed the leak for me.
The battery life is good.
The water pressure is pretty solid.
Improvements I would suggest:
Better instructions and a separate compartment for the o ring so that users don't miss during assembling the product.
Better protection for the charging port. It seems to be a little confusing.
For $60 I expect some metal in the product but again, just added touch. Minor nitpick

Rami: It is broken it doesn’t work at all after 5 -6 months of use and i have tried to send email to the seller with no response at all i don’t recommend it to anyone and the pressure of water is not good enough

Ahmed: Good item , very well built.
Only issue is the on off switch which is always under the water.
It will be perfect if the pump works automatically.
Another issue is the charge doesn't last long.
