JohnJohn: We've had this toilet for about 1 year. All in all I love it. It stays clean longer than our old toilet that would always seem to develop a ring in the bowl no matter how often it was scrubbed. The one thing I dislike is you can't change the settings to have the toilet only flush 1x when standing. The toilet auto flushes 2x, if you just need a single flush you have to remember to hit the button before standing. It's a bit annoying and I'm likley wasting alot of water. The night light is great for our toddler and bright enough to light the bathroom so there no need to turn on a light at night. Bidet works great as well and has lots of settings so finding a comfortable one is easy.

krelovian: I contacted customer service via email and explained that the toilet was shipped without the auto flush module. Customer service explained that the part won't be available for 2 months because of "supply chain
problems." Installation was complicated (in-wall tank mounting requires a pro to do) but the toilet (other than the auto flush) does work well. I paid $400 more than the price on Woodbridge website. Auto flush module was shipped and installed by me. Unit is working very well. Still cheaper on Woodbridge site but no guarantee you can return the unit if you decide you don't like it. All in all great product!

Jason Massey: I have installed Toto toilets for years, and I was looking for an affordable alternative to try it out. I installed it myself, and because the original connection was turned by 1/2” it does lead to a challenge getting the toilet straight. If the rough is done correctly, one of the easiest installs ever. Regarding usage, we have had this installed for over a year and it has been a success with all the friends. They have all asked for the link. We love the heated seat, it’s easy to clean, and I particularly like the low water level which makes for a better “Male” experience. There’s a battle for default being lift both lids or just one. I am notorious for clogging toilets, hence my affection for Toto. This Woodbridge has been near flawless with only one occasion where it clogged. We used the universal rubber gasket instead of a was gasket. I was concerned, but it has performed flawlessly and we have hardwood floors to boot. Thumbs up as a Cost/Value option. I am unlikely to purchase a competition at 5 to 8 times the cost, we are installing 2 more next month.

Chris Cardone: UPDATE- PLEAS READ its long but informative

As mentioned below we received 2 units, one was non functional. We reached out to support repeatedly with no response from woodbridge. We were eventually contacted by a young lady who said that we had to go through amazon for any and all warranty issues and that woodbridge did not warranty products sold on Amazon, this obviously left us dumbfounded.

Amazon was fantastic - they got a new unit on a truck and out to us as a replacement, however we were out the $600 install, and would now have to have our plumber come back and do it again - another $600

but back to woodbridge

The young lady i spoke to was partially correct when it comes to warranty, the first 30 days are all Amazon, Woodbridge cant do ANYTHING until that 30 days passes - Amazon's return window delays the manufacture warranty, this is important to know because after that 30 days a full warranty from the manufacturer kicks in.
