Matt J: I move semi trailers and have to cut a lot of cable seals, I have tried several different types of cutters, these are by far the best. If you drive a semi for a living buy a pair of these, you won’t regret it.

Angie M.: I do wreaths and needed one to cut thick floral bouquet- these are amazing, I love them, it cuts the wire effortlessly. Only tiny problem, that’s it, my hands are small so when they open - it’s a bit wide for my hand to grip. But would definitely buy them again if needed

i7CoreInside: I've cut a couple of shifter cables now and it's still sharp! Cheaper than the name brands out there. Very nice!

Kirk: You can tell they are geared as mini bolt cutters. I am using it to cut fencing I have for chickens and goats so a decent gauge metal "cloth". The spring activation is good in the sense they stay open as you're cutting ; if my hands were a bit bigger it would be idea - lol but it works well and if you do have a tuff spot using both hands easily cuts through it (I had some larger metal fencing I used it on and it was a breeze). I'll be using it a fair amount over the next month and will update this review if it wears out faster than expected or anything like that but good product as advertised for the cost.

Tim Stafford: These get a great cut on multi-strand cable, but I find that they're hard to hold and get a good grip to apply the necessary cutting force.

A longer handle would give better leverage. The spring also tends to pop the handle out very wide, making it hard to grip at the end of the handles where you can apply the most force.

Cutter head is definitely the best for the application, but I still find myself reaching for lineman pliers for the task because of the additional leverage and grip feel

SueSue: Finally bit the bullet and replaced our railing on our log cabin on the lake with a wire railing. It came out great and I should have done it years before. We have a log cabin lake house on a lake in new York we built in 2012. The log cabin kit used log spindles for the railing. Looked good for the log home theme but… My wife is only 5 foot tall and when sitting in a chair on the deck, the railing blocked most of the view of the lake! So I did a bunch of research and came up with the below installation as the best for us and it looks fantastic.

As you will see in the complete photos, I kept the log up rights but took out the log rails and spindles. Since I was keeping the log up rights, I realized that trying to drill the wires through the logs and keep them perfectly straight and evenly separated, even using a jig, was going to be nearly impossible. Thus my first idea of one long wire run from end to end (40 feet) using turnbuckles on one end, didn’t look like a valid solution. Then I ran into the Threaded Swag Lag Screws. I realized I can do 5 different groups of wires using the lag screws into the log up rights and not have to drill...
