I bought two and we use one downstairs in the kitchen between Family room and kitchen, and it also helps with the dining room. I have one upstairs in my bathroom as there are mosquitoes upstairs. They work very well; but they work better at night when all the lights are out. This photo is during the daytime and lights are on in the bathroom. I turn it off during part of the day unless I see a mosquito. I turn it on late afternoon and leave them on all night. The machine makes no noise unless it is zapping a bug, and then it is loud. I love hearing it; because I know it got another one. I wish we had gotten these earlier because I have been getting bit as many as 13 on each leg before I got this machine. I had read a review by another person on here about how great this Mosiller brand was; which is why I bought this brand. I totally agree. You also get a great warranty with it.

I tried 3 different electric swatters and this is the one I ended up keeping. The others I had tried had a single light and didn’t feel bright enough. This one by Mosiller was bright with at least 6 lights (see my comparison photo). I’m not sure if the lights actually attract the bugs, but I can say the zapper definitely works! I’ve already killed a house fly and a mosquito that ended up in my house. I really like that the base is a charging base with a micro USB connection. (Other swatters have to be plugged in on the side of the swatter handle and the base is just a flimsy plastic accessory.) I think the only con is that when in constant on mode (ON2), it should be left on the charging base, as the battery won’t last long when left constantly on. That’s what the manual recommends anyway, so it’s still just as described. When put in ON1 mode, the activating button is the huge long white button, very easy to press to activate the zapper when you need to quickly swat at the pesky bugs.

This is my second order and I got the two pack this time. Reason? First one broke when the wind knocked it off the breezeway table. These are pretty cheaply made and the base/cord does not hold up well. Especially where the usb is held onto the cord - very flimsy. When the first one broke, I went with another brand (FVOAI brand). That one was not a tennis racket style one but it seemed very solid and well made as it should be for twice the cost. The problem is, it didn't perform (attract insects and zap them) even close to this one. Bugs just ignored it in comparison to how they are attracted to this one. So, I broke down and ordered the two pack in case one breaks again. If it were not for the cheap base/cord, I'd have given this racket zapper the full 5 stars. If it weren't for the fact that it works so well when not broken, I'd have given it 2 to 3 stars. Too bad on that weakness - I'd gladly pay more for better quality there.

This has to be attached to the charging point constantly and doesn’t retain charge. This reduces utility significantly.
