Lya Gascon: I bought this as a gift and it’s a good bottle opener but it’s a little difficult to start the match and after about a month the wick part broke and we just didn’t know how to change it, but they do give you replacements

Nora Lee Hitchcock: In the directions, it tells you to fill both tanks. DO NOT DO THIS! The wick will be too wet and cause it not to light as easily as it should. Only filling the flint/wick tank (the flint tip screws off exposing wick and packing cotton) will provide a cleaner strike. Also, only filling the flint/wick tank allows you to put the match out by simply returning it to the bullet tank, which snuffs the flame.
Filling the bullet tank and having to close it off with your finger and turn it upside down is silly and a little dangerous as you could spill lighter fluid all over yourself.
DO NOT FILL THE BULLET TANK!
