The tracker worked well for about 6 months and 7 days before the battery started failing. I then needed to charge it daily to keep it going. I immediately emailed MorePro regarding the battery issue. They responded by quoting me there original warranty. One-month full refund, a six-month product replacement and a one-year warranty for non man-made damage. They also stated that since they couldn't take my word for what was wrong with it - that the best they could do was offer me a 30% discount on a new MorePro tracker.
I responded back that I was 7 days out of the 6 month replacement and well within the one year window of there warranty. I also told them I would gladly send the tracker back for inspection if they picked up the shipping cost. I never heard back from them and no refund or replacement offer was ever made. Really poor customer service!
So, if your looking for a fitness tracker that last 6 months, is backed by a company that won't stand behind it's products and basically acuses you of being a liar...MorePro is the the fitness tracker for you! But seriously, stay away from MorePro and there fitness trackers

A Gottschald:
For the price it works well. I have noticed that there is a slight variance in the reading of Blood Pressure between this and a cuff monitor. I asked my Cardio Doctor and he said it was insignificant. The heart rate seems to be accurate there is a difference in steps counted between this and my Samsung phone , the phone counting about one thousand fewer steps. Who can say which is correct, my phone is in my pocket and this device on my wrist all the time. I do expect more activity recorded by this device, so maybe that accounts for the difference.
I would like to see more vitals recorded like blood Oxygen, it shouldn't be too difficult. Maybe some other things I'm not aware of as yet say body temperature. Science is coming up with new things all the time. I guess it would be too difficult to do something like an ECG.
I like this fitness band it gives me a good idea of my fitness and health. I like the built in USB plug and that it only needs to be charged once a week. I take the band off when I shower and if it needs charging plug it into the charger and by the time I'm dressed it's charged ready to go. Again for the money it's a good deal.

Kevin WintersKevin Winters:
After wearing this MorePro smartwatch for a few months, I decided it was time to sit down and write a review.
I purchased the MorePro in August after researching all the 'Chinese fitbits' on Amazon. I wanted a $50 'smartwatch' that could monitor/record heart rate and blood pressure - I have hypertension. Any other features would be a bonus.
After receiving the package and charging the watch, I installed the 'H Band' app on my iPhone, created an account, and entered my vitals. Pairing was straightforward and the watch connected to the app.
Testing blood pressure, the smartwatch measured low, compared to my Omron BP786N. I expected as much, after researching the limitations of optical heart rate monitors (OHRM). However, there is a workaround in the 'H Band' app. Under 'Settings,' 'V10,' you can toggle 'BP Private Mode' and enter more accurate data to 'offset' the OHRM. I've done that and my Omron and MorePro are pretty close.
Other cool features...
● Running mode. Counts running time, heart rate, distance, calories and steps. I'm not a runner, so I'll never use this feature.
● Motion monitoring. It counts steps,...

Pros:
Heart rate is accurate most of time time. Went to the doc and it matched up.
I like the text message alerts and the find your phone option. I didn't realize how many times I lost my phone till I got this watch. You can set which notifications you want too.
Sleep: I mean there's no way to test accuracy because I'm asleep. Seems accurate for the most part.
Steps seem right. I counted my steps here and there. It's only about 4 steps off give or take.
So far, 4 days strong with no charge needed.
For the price, It's a pretty cool watch.
Cons:
Blood pressure was a bit higher than the doctors office, but it was with in the same ball park.
I got a small and it's either to tight or too loose. Maybe I need to look into different bands.
Wakes me up if my bmp gets to high (nightmares)
Note* fixed that in settings.
I don't shower with it and I've haven't went swimming with it yet.
I have washed the dishes and washed my dog and it didn't seem to bother it.
I mean for the price it's a good watch but to be honest I don't really have anything to compare it to.
