lisa ornlas: I got this as a gift for my daughter, she used it a total of 3 time and now it will not turn on. My daughter notice the last time she used it that the item started to run slow. Now it does not turn on at all. Unfortunately I can not exchange for a new one because of the return time frame. I can not recommend this item.

Weebitz: Great while it lasted! This e-file is lightweight and powerful enough for home use. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the on off switch came apart after about a month of using it about one a week ( I change my gel polish far too often lol) this didn't effect the functionality of the e-file initially, so I wasn't too bothered by it. Flash forward to 4 months later, and the file no longer turns on because with the missing piece of the switch and nothing to protect the wires inside, one has disconnected. Unfortunately, this happened in the middle of doing my nails. Ugh. The space inside the switch is too small for me to repair, so I will now have to replace the unit. If the switch was more durable, I would buy this product again, but for now I will be looking for a different model.

SJWNA: Now this is a nail drill. I purchased a different drill at the beginning of the lockdown in April and it broke after 5-6 uses. I was very disappointed as it was not cheap, purchased in a bundle. It was a 20K rpm unit which I discovered is not very powerful. It was also a cheaply made plastic casing. You get what you pay for... I received and tested this new drill today, it’s powerful and not bulky at all. Very well made, metal casing, very petite, fits the hand naturally. The drill bits are good quality. All the way around a much better unit! I also like the controls on the electrical cord, high and low speed! 30,000 rpm so very powerful. I think you could probably use this in a professional salon! Very happy with this drill, I just wished I spent a little more money and bought this drill in the first place!

SeptemberchldSeptemberchld: This is a pretty unit. I had a problem trying to figure out how to change the grinding heads, but once I got it figured out, it was smooth sailing from there. Because of the pandemic, I am hesitant to go out for manicures/pedicures so I wanted something I could use to create a salon finish. This unit allows an amateur like myself to do what I need to do to make my nails look good. I really like the fact that it is small and not intimidating, yet powerful to do all that I need to have done. I love it!
