LexLex: Came scratched and dirty, the hand piece plug doesn’t fit 100% in the socket, the “diamond bits” it came with were half sprayed and half smooth metal so completely useless but that’s expected.
Other than that it runs super quiet and feels nice , I’ll update my review after some use on clients

Chelsea Nguyen: This drill was amazing.. until it suddenly died and never came back out alive. I wanted to repurchase it or get a new unit, but I think it may have been discontinued or out of stock. The seller was very easy to deal with and gave me a refund!

jenn: The media could not be loaded.  I bought this and yet haven't used it, but I did turn it on to check the rpm and to see how the forward and reverse work after 3x of switching back and forth the reverse stopped switching over. But I guess I will see how well it works 😬 aside from that it is compact no wobble and not to big if you have small hands.

Kathy HuynhKathy Huynh: This beautiful electric file is quiet and has a very sleek design with a touch screen to control the forward and reverse way to drill. However, it always starts the opposite way to drill which I believe is more handy for left handed dominant. I am right handed, however this is just a minuscule issue. The battery life is also shown as one of the options so you always know when charged. Overall great product, will be back to see how long this one lasts.

Heather: This product worked really well. I purchased this product because I wanted to try using the dip nail polish. Getting the nail polish off proved to be a challenge though, so I purchased this because when I've had my nails done professionally, they have used this type of machine on my nails. The reason for the 4 stars is because as I was trying to file the dip nails off, it's rotating so fast that it burns and hurts. No joke. It feels like your nail is burning it gets so hot. You need to be aware that it takes layers off of your nail too. It's filing DOWN your nail. I have thick nails. Not after having used this priduct. It filed them so thin that they hurt. It's been over a month since i used the polish and used this machine. My nails grow fast, so they are growing back thick again (to my relief). I won't be using this to remove polish but I will use it to help file and shape my nails in the future.
Good product l, just be careful when using it.
