Bought this november 2022 only for myself not a business, accidently deleted it from my list on Amazon but have a issue with intermitting cord , reported it to the company provided serial number, everything a video they have all the items bought last year, bought this from amazon on special Scarlet drill. I keep getting no decent answers except we apologise what is your order number it came from melodysusie uk not usa. I am in Australia as far as I am concerned I had to purchase another hand set Not cheap. Hopeless customer service not prepared to move 1 inch to assist i do not have order number: Great

Addison JenkinsAddison Jenkins: Every other nail bit is great. I’ve used the 3/32 torch cylinder bit many times for cuticle work. However it got stuck in my drill because there isn't a divot to pull it out with. The bit broke when i tried to pull it out with a rag and my fingers and now it is stuck in my drill. Do not use this bit unless you have a way to get it out. Will have to repurchase a new drill.

Hedgie: I purchased these to help remove build a jail, another gel polishes. It’s amazing quality and fits well into my melody Susie drill.
I gave it for it stard because even though it does fit into my melody, Susie drill, it seems to be a bit small so when I turn it on and he’s on my nails, the drill bit starts to raise out of the drill so I have to constantly push it back in.
