Charlie: I wore this under my suit to court. It helped keep my love handles tucked without drawing any attention. I did have my vest over my shirt and a jacket, but I looked great. Wasn't too hot, and it gave me great lower back support. Which I need wish my scoliosis .

Amazon Customer: One of the bones came out of the band within 1 week of wearing it. the bones was bent also.
