Great design, but could never get them to connect to WiFi. Returned them and got these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08ZNGGWDS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DYMS1L3/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_F5EX39BC73MWJTTA0D3Y?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Both worked right away and were automatically found by the app and then connected to my WiFi. Very easy to hook them up to Alexa & Google.

Only issue for me would be they fact that the plug has to be “on” to be able to get the USB port to charge any other devices like cellphones .

This is a great plug however I have 1 thing which I don’t like about this. The usb can’t be switched off by yourself nor by WiFi. Therefore your usb plug stays on all the time

Really easy to install, and it works as it is suppose to work. I used it as a timer during Christmas season to turn on and off my Christmas tree and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

I was disappointed that the product was not able to sync with my phone or my wife's phone. We were going to use this item for a Christmas message and have it cued to light certain trees on the stage. Unfortunately, it didn't sync with a few other people's phones. It just seemed like a hassle to return it to Amazon so I just used it as a "white elephant" gift exchange.

I needed a smart plug with a usb port for my small diffuser, as I didn't want it to take up the space of a wall outlet. This hooked up to my WIFI quickly and I have no issues controlling it with my phone app. Would definitely buy again.
