R: Like that the item comes with 2 remotes and has 5 plugs. Allows for remotes in 2 locations. We use for smaller electronics in garage and indoor lighting such as Christmas / holiday lighting. Wish they were indoor / outdoor bit would recommend and purchase again. Have bought other BN Link items with great usability and quality.

Amazon Customer: Very good product. I use remote to turn on/off the fan, lamps,etc. came with two remotes and will also turn on/off in adjacent room if necessary. With five plug in units that came in the package my wife can use one remote and me with the other. Good value for the money. Thanks!!

Illinoisbodyman: Turning on lamps before entering the room or the basement. Turning on outbuilding motion sensor security lights. Living room entertainment center. Convenience. The convenience of shutting down things we use every day, at once, from one remote is wonderful.
My last order I received a defective remote. Contacted Customer Support and got an immediate response. Steven confirmed my problem, processed the claim, and shipped a replacement the next day. All products occasionally have defects. All companies do not respond in such a positive, helpful manner. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

CaraCara: I used to have an Alexa with smart plugs that I would use to turn the lights on and off. However when I went to college, the University wifi did not support these kinds of devices and it was really annoying to turn lights on and off. I bought these because they are relatively cheap given that you receive 5 plugs. I am so so happy with these things and recently bought another set to keep in a different room of my apartment.

Things I like:
I loooove that these come with two remotes. I used a velcro command strip to hang one remote next to my light switch so I can turn lights on when I enter the room. I keep the other one near my bed. I have a bunk bed so it's nice that I can climb into bed with the lights on and then turn the lights off once I'm settled.

Aside getting to turn the lights off from bed, these are also convient for turning things on/off in awkward spots. I have a string of lights above the cabinets in my kitchen. The switch for these is also on top of the cabinets so it's really nice to turn these on without having to climb on to my counter top.

The plugs have a a gentle 'clicking' sound when it turns on or off. This is helpful for things other...
