Antwan C. Nicholson: I almost my get this because of the price. Then two things happened...1. It was a Deal of the Day. And 2. I found it cheaper via Amazon Warehouse.
The things I love... It's esthetically pleasing. It wasn't as difficult to install and setup as I thought it would. It's touchless The water stream is more powerful and it has a power boost button. And most of all, it has the ability to link it to my smart home. When I tell Alexa to "ask Moen to pour two and a half quarts of water", it pours 2.5 quarts of water.
The things I don't love... The wand/head doesn't lock in to the neck like most faucet heads that retract. You have to pay almost an extra $100 for the capability to plug it into a wall.
I love it. If I didn't already have a Reverse Osmosis system set up for drinking water already, I'd program it to do more.
I'm so glad about this purchase.

Amazon Customer: Replaced an older cheap faucet as well as the sink in the kitchen. The difference between faucets is amazing. The new Moen looks great and so far functions really well. Smooth operation and the stream is excellent. A little pricey but seems to be worth it. I would recommend it.

Alex Michael: Moen has great quality and functional faucets. This one is no exception. The pull down nozzle works well and returns in place easily. What Moen needs, however, is a colour blind test. Their idea of brushed gold is unmatched anywhere else. The colour is not gold. It's closer to champagne bronze but more brassy. It is incredibly hard to match. We went with champagne bronze pulls and that works, in most lighting. Sorta.

N. Palmer: The motion sensor on the faucet works well. I have only accidently triggered it a couple times. This variant of the faucet does not support gestures like the newest model. It will either turn on to the setting of the handle or it can be configured in the app to the desired temp. The newer model uses gestures to pick the temp. e.g. swipe right for hot, left for cold.
At least with my voice, there are some quirks with how the presets need to be named for them work. Some phrases fail to be recognized when I speak them even though they get listed from the "list presets" command. For example, I have one called "tiny splash" but the command "alexa, ask moen to fill tiny splash" always results in it saying it can't find it. Most work fine however.
The major complaint I had with this fault was the flow control. It had 2 flow rates--90% and 100% regardless of being invoked with the handle or app. As of 1/9/2023, that issue has been fixed. What I thought was a hardware limitation must have been a software bug as now the flow can be controlled nicely from about 10% to 100%. I think my last faucet had a slightly slower minimum, but I cannot think of a use for such a slow rate. Watering...

Rufat: Replaced my (not so) old (Sustainable Solutions’s Fluid F821) faucet with this Moen. The old faucet flow rate had deteriorated to the point that my on-demand water heater would not supply hot water (4 l/min) and the spray/stream adjuster was worn out. It took me around 30 mins to swap out the old with the new so installation was easy. I used an Allen key through the supplied installation tool holes to tighten it to the counter top and an adjustable wrench for the flexible hoses so no need for special tools. So far the faucet is working great. The standard flow rate I am getting is 6 l/min and even more with the flow boost so lots of hot water and I can fill the sink, kettle, pots in half the time. The only minor annoyance is that I’m struggling to get the hose to pull out and retract due to the piping / garburator under my sink. I’m hoping this will be resolved when the Moen hose guide arrives next week! Other than that I think it’s a great faucet at a good price.

Christian C. Kunig: Our kitchen faucet has been a piece of junk for years. No water flow, usually leaked when turned off, developed a leak at the base, at the bottom of the swivel. So, we shopped hard. I brought the wife back here and we shopped together. She wanted a pull down faucet because our daughter has one. I definitely didn't want a Price-Pfister this time.
It was about as easy to install as it could have been. Getting the old faucet out was actually harder. The one snag was our fault. Our (under sink) water filter's kind of a piece of junk, too. It has one of those retarded saddle clamps. You install that over the water line and the first time you turn it off, it punches a hole in your water line. It never did leak, but I had to go to the hardware store and play musical fittings. I had to come up with a T fitting with male on one end, female on the other end and a different size on the third leg. I ended up needing two fittings and a short piece of copper tubing and one extra nut and compression fitting. Had it not been for that, this would have been a breeze!
The fittings on the hot and cold supply lines(on this faucet) don't use compression sleeves; they use rubber grommets....

P. St: The Stainless finish on this faucet looks better in our opinion than other brands. It doesn't show finger prints and so far I haven't noticed any blemishes or scratches after 9 months of regular use. The faucet functions as expected. The spary head slides nicely and recoils tightly back to the neck, not leaving gaps as some others do. There is no magent or locking position for the sprayhead so the spray/stream toggle will often be in different positions after it recoils, though not a big issue, I would prefer that it did have a solution for this. Overall I'm happy with this faucet and find it a relatively good value. If moen offered the same faucet with a touch on/off option, Id would be a buyer. I would recommend this to others.
