Unfortunately after 2 years of use it started leaking out of the handle every time I turn it on & off. I don't see a way to disassemble the handle to replace a bad seal which to me is a pretty bad design flaw since a seal is easy to replace & would have boosted the review to 5 stars

Linda Westfall: the motion detector stopped working after 2 or 3 months. we tried to contact some one for return or replacement but could not get a response. we then order a new one to replace it and again the motion detector stopped working after a few months. Still not able to get a response from Soosi.

J-man: Installed per directions which were quite minimal. No parts list was included. When turned on water sprayed out the top of the connection of the sprayer head. Upon inspection noticed a O ring was needed. between to tighten the contact between the swivel joint and the head. I’ luckily had one. It’s been a week and so far so good.

Will-Review4u: The media could not be loaded.  We finally decided to replace our kitchen faucet from 1995 that had a pull up down handle only to this mechanical motion sensor masterpiece. When I was searching on amazon I was only looking for the high arch neck with pull down handle for washing. A majority of the sink faucets have the spout with one lever that switches from full to a shower spray. What I did not realize is that this faucet had a small round button that diverts the water to a jet sweep spray. Both my and wife and myself were excited like kids who just learned how to use a toy feature that we didn’t know existed. This triangular projection of water is like a pressure washer that strips off oatmeal and egg yolk that had dried on the plate.
Installation of this faucet was very straight forward and the instructions were as simple as the yellow Swedish furniture store. We were able to mount the motion switch box behind our food disposal unit under the counter top. The installation kit comes with new lines labeled with red and blue single metal thread to indicate hot and cold water lines. c'est la vie🎉😘c'est la vie🎉😘: The media could not be loaded.  Installation was very straightforward and the Motionsense works better than I expected, we installed this Soosi motion sensor touchless kitchen faucet at my daughter’s house and she really loves it.

She told me that so far is it not quite as sensitive as she’d like under ideal conditions but practically speaking, it is much much better for it to be a little under sensitive than going on all the time unexpectedly.

What we all really like though is that the batteries will last for a long time and the docking works excellent thanks to its Diamond Seal Technology that keeps the wand securely in place, not like other faucets that wobbles around freely.

The sprayer is 18 inches long, so you can maneuver this at any angle and very hard to reach places, also you can switch the water to three different modes stream, spray or boosted mode just by pressing the bottom under the sprayer head, feels great it’s not slippery when your hands are wet.

High-arch spout swivels 360-degrees this provides greater access to more areas of the sink. Faucet also requires 4 AA batteries not included that according to manufacturer lasts...
