W: Overall this is a great meter for the money. If you are measuring resistance for automotive diagnostic applications, this only goes down to 2,000 ohms. Many things on a car require to measure to like 0.5 ohms - 25 ohms, so if that’s what you’re buying this for, look elsewhere.

John K.John K.: Ok, so right off the bat, this may not be the most suited meter for complex electrical circuitry or work, but it is more than adequate for the majority of your basic everyday AC/DC electrical testing needs. This is by far one of the best auto detecting type voltage meters I’ve ever used, and I love its simplistic nature and design. No dials to spin, no settings to go through, and you can easily power it on or off with just one hand. Even the continuity feature is automatic, which comes in super handy when you’ve got your hands tied up with the leads. The unit was actually smaller than what I had expected, and fits comfortably in the palm of your hands. The backlit screen is big, and it is easy to read at pretty much any angle or distance. There is a built in LED light on top of the device, and although not the brightest, it is still a nice and welcomed feature. All in all, it is an excellent everyday meter and will be well suited for the majority of those in need of one.

p.s. it could be better if display is black with white numbers and if it came with alligator tips too and a bag/pocket uufff!!!
