Gary R.: The accuracy of the frequency counter is off by 0.1 hertz. ( 59.9 Hz. sometimes 60.0 Hz. mostly 59.9Hz.)
I wish there was an adjustment procedure. The electric grid is always at 60.0 Hz.
I'm going to use this meter for a test instrument and I can make it work for me, as is.
