mark: Battery fails under load after full charge. Contacted mighty max. They say they can't find my order. Amazon won't help either. I just got ripped off. Can't get a refund. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Marie: The costs of the batteries were very affordable. As a senior and a scooter for mobility as needed cost from store it was purchased was over 300.00 to replace 2 batteries.

David NathansonDavid Nathanson: This 22amp hour battery is the exact same physical size as the regular 17ah batteries. So it's an easy upgrade to 22ah from 17ah, and only a couple of bucks more ($4). I used this new battery to replace the dead battery in my car jumper box. For the same money I could have bought a new but inferior jumper box, but it's a lot better to replace the battery in my old but higher quality jump box.
Newer jump boxes in this price range have thinner cables & worse battery clamps. No thanks. However upgrading to a new 22ah battery is going to be better than the old 17ah that it came with. Fits perfectly.
YMMV, but it was super easy to replace /upgrade the battery in my jump box.
I noticed in other reviews that the MightyMax battery company took care of their customers who needed something. That's good to know, JIC.
Pro tip: use a silver sharpie to write the install date on the battery. Yes! Silver writes on black.

No One Here: EDIT: Upgraded review from three stars to five because of the excellent resolution from Mighty Max (see below for original issue.) I contacted them directly via their chat support, and within 24 hours, they responded, acknowledging that a year-old battery was not acceptable. They immediately shipped out a new one with a recent date code at no cost via 2-day mail.
Although it will be a pain to have to change out this one battery in the string, I was relieved that both that there WAS easy-to-access support for such an inexpensive battery, and that they recognized it was a problem - the battery did work, so I was expecting some resistance, but got none. They did not even request a return of the old one. Mistakes can happen, and this seems to have been an Amazon inventory management issue rather than the manufacturer, so I'm comfortable giving five stars - so far, the batteries are working great.

Patrick L: I use two for my scooter and have used it many times and it still holds full battery life. Just be sure to charge 100% the first time. Excellent. When other batteries (name brands) charge at 100% I use 1 or 2 times and when I go faster in my scooter, the battery goes down, then back up again when I slow down. These don't. They stay high.
