Michellein5280: Took this about 5 years ago and loved the product and just tried it again and LOVE it even more. I don’t take 8 pills a day I usually do about 4-5 but feel and see wonderful results with that amount. I workout daily and eat right so I use this for those last couple of pounds that make my muscles stand out more and tighten up more. Great to use for last minute bikini vacations!! But remember you have to drink lots of water for this to do it’s job.

Doug S.: makes you drink a lot of water! I haven't used as described cuz I was keep forgetting to take it either in am or pm. I was on diet and worked out every day to lose weight, but my weight wouldn't move due to bloating. I have tried different other products. Within a week i was able to lose solid 2 lbs. keep losing weight now, because i drink soooo much water I dont feel very hungry lately. Totally recommend this product.

chipless: I got this to help with edema from medication I'm taking and these work well for what I need. My hands, feet and face get really puffed up and I can see a difference within an hour of taking of a dose. I only take 4 pills each morning (when my puffiness is the worst) so I don't know how well it would do if you needed extreme water loss, but I would recommend it for keeping mild, consistent swelling to a minimum. I did feel amped up the first time I took it but every other time has been fine.

Liz: These work very well when used properly. I only take about 1/2 the dosage and it works perfectly. This is NOT to be used as a weightloss drug - you're kidding yourself if you think that's what this is for. You've GOT to drink water while taking these or you will feel sick. If it's your first time, I suggest taking 1/2 dosage first.
