Janice A Henderson: I originally bought these metatarsal pads at the end of 2021. They lasted over a year. On only one of the pads had the links that go the between toes, connecting the two sides, broken. Those links help prevent the pad from sliding towards the heel. I bought new pads in the middle of January 2023 and by early February both links had broken on two of the pads. Is there any way I can repair this so that the links still function? Or can the product be replaced?

Aside from that problem, I have been very satisfied with this product. I have Morton's neuroma and was limiting myself to walking indoors on carpet, not cement sidewalks. With these pads I have been walking regularly on outdoor grass surfaces with only minimal, occasional pain.

Susan Kirschling: Really soft material. The padding could be a little more pronounced. However if the design was angled across the front of the toes I would give it a 5 star.

LaKesha MKLaKesha MK: Although I can see the usefulness of this produc, I wasnt able to use it when I need it. The first picture is what it looks like in the shoes I wanted to wear as you can see the product is clearly visible and doesn't look good at all. In the second picture the product isnt as visible but make the shoe too tight. I not going to return it bc u dont feel like going through that hassle plus it maybe something I can use in gym shoes.

Fox and Family: These absolutely provide extra support on the ball of the foot. I wore them to work on an eight hour shift on my feet and by the end of the shift there was less pain in the ball of my foot for sure. However, after several hours I felt like the gel was digging into my toes. I’ll give them one more try but so far I’m not impressed

eljayemc: My husband suffers from metatarsalgia (ball of foot inflammation/pain), and his job requires that he be on his feet 75% of the time. We purchased these pads hoping for some relief, and they deliver -- he felt much relief while wearing them on Day 1. After two weeks, he wasn't in pain without them in the evenings, so he didn't wear them to work. He was not in pain! However, knowing the issue isn't gone, he will continue to wear them on days that he knows he'll be on his feet all day.

They are a bit of a challenge to put on because they are kind of like toe socks, and they are tacky. You must wear socks to keep them in place; otherwise, they will move around in your shoes.

He wears size 10 shoes and these fit him just fine; they also fit my size 8 feet.
