After many years of use, my original Hitachi brand batteries for my Hitachi drill stopped taking a charge. Hitachi brand power tools aren't even a thing anymore but Metabo stuff is just about the same and these new batteries work great on my Hitachi drill.
I've been using 2 new Metabo batteries now for over 6 months and they're still getting the job done on typical household tasks and they charge very quickly on my original charger. I've recently been using my drill to sand metal parts with a wire wheel and I get quite a bit of constant sanding out of the battery before it dies.
