Likegreen: I really like it because it really does holds the curve shape even with chubby belly. Only thing I do not like is that it pinches my boob, it hurts. So I fold the top a bit and wead the belt. Otherwise it is pretty thin and nice stretchy belt.

Anzhelika: Great waist trimmer!

True to size! I been working out for the past 5 years. Tried different waist trimmers, various price points. Most of them made me feel dizzy. So far this one is the winner 🏆

Back support:
I pulled my back twice, in interval of two weeks, about a year ago. I am slowly getting back to working out. This belt helps with the pain, really flexible ,and takes pressure off the back on my lifting days!

Hourglass figure:
I am a bit lazy and a bit of a fat ass who enjoys food but wants a flat stomach 🙃 I definitely see the difference!

Amazon Customer: If you are between sizes go for the smaller size. Mine was just right when I got it, it has now stretched out a bit, however because it has a second smaller strap it all good! It does have a smell to it of course as expected for the material. Otherwise great product that is easily adjustable to how tight/supportive you want.

Let me start by saying that I’ve worn waist sweat trimmers for over two years. They make a difference in inches lost on my waist size because I wear them consistently every single day. But more importantly, I wear it everything single time I workout which is 4 or 5 times a week. If you’re disciplined, eating, and working out, sweat waist trainers work by giving you a little extra help in addition to everything else you’re doing. However, if you don’t break a sweat when using it will likely not make a difference.

Before this one, I’ve always used the one design with a single wideband that you wrap around with the big velcro attachment (specifically the Sweet Sweat brand).
