Amazon Customer: The size chart doesn’t really help you find the right size. I’ve been using this for about a month and could’ve benefited more from ordering a small. The size chart led me to believe that a medium is what I needed; however, on first use I noticed I’m already at the last slot. Meaning if my waist loses some inches like I anticipate the the only thing to do from here would be to spend more money and purchase a small. The product itself is good though!!!

ARI J.: If I’d a write this review on receiving this, it would have been 5 stars, because it was 5 stars honestly, but after about 1 month of wearing it, it’s lost it’s ability to keep your belly tucked in, I bought the small, and I’m a skinny pencil with a gut, so my case is not even severe, I can only imagine what others experienced with the elasticity issue, I’m going to try and find one without elastic fabric, or something more durable, as I said, out the packaging, this worked great as soon I put it on, but only good for 1 month? AND I find it interesting that the seller offers a subscription for recurring purchases? Stay away, my opinion, Ari
Update: seller issued a new one, but it was a womens size medium, when I originally ordered a mens small, the womens is not as tall as the mens, so there’s a ring of bulging fat around my nipples… but hey they tried, they worked with me, for that I added 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

WillWill: The size is very suitable, and the fabric is more comfortable than normal waistbands. It does have the effect of sweating after trying it on! Further effects need to be determined after wearing for a long time.
