Amazon Customer: I recently purchased this electric kettle , hoping to streamline my morning routine with a quick and efficient boiling process. Unfortunately, upon its arrival, I quickly noticed that the kettle was not functioning as expected. The water was not getting boiled, and it would automatically turn off after just a few seconds.
Concerned about this issue, I reached out to Megawise customer service for assistance. I must say, their response was truly commendable. They promptly addressed my concerns and arranged for a replacement kettle to be sent to me without any hassle.

For years I’ve been buying a very similar design of kettle made by Hamilton-Beach: I like them very much but they would last about two years on average. When my current one began acting up, I decided to try this one. However, before my order was even delivered, I determined the problem lay not with my HB kettle, but with my GFCI outlet. Once I fixed that, the HB kettle was back in action. Rather than return the new MegaWise kettle, I put it away for safekeeping. Now I had an instant back-up!
When the HB kettle finally died months later, I got out the MegaWise and congratulated myself on having no interruption in my coffee delivery.
It worked great (note the past tense) and I liked it. The design and ergonomics were good. Figured I'd found my new kettle supplier. Yesterday the blue illumination ring (highly practical as well as esthetically pleasing) along the base...
