I was so happy to see this mirror fully assembled when I opened the box. The only "work" necessary was to tighten the bolt expanding the plug in the handlebar, and to slightly loosen the mirror bolt to make it adjustable.
I've had to put so many bar end mirrors together with multiple loose pieces that escape while you try to fit it into the handlebar. This one didn't even have the spacer that is never needed. This is my favorite so far. I'll buy it again for future bikes.

I'd previously had a mirror that attached to my glasses. It had a small view, was hard to adjust, easy to knock out of alignment, and hard to see when riding into the sun. This one was easy to install, is very steady, holds its alignment well, and gives a large view. I was afraid it would vibrate a lot, but it is very steady.
