Tracy WagnerTracy Wagner: I raved about this clothesline when I first bought it. Had other friends buy the same because I loved it some much. The dual lines are the best part but also how long the lines are and the fact that they don’t ever get caught up or stuck when retracting them. My problem is it broke so quickly… after less than a year. The metal rivets that mount the bracket to the actual structure rusted to the point the Cotten pin just fell out of it, and then as the river pulled on the plastic it just broke that bit (picture for reference because I’m not sure I explained that well). I’ve been using a bungee cord to hold it on to the post on our porch just so I can continue to use it but at this point I’m about to just throw it away. Sad end to a product I loved so much.

O. Castro: It's all good except there I no easy way to make the line taut so that it does not sag too much when you hang the clothes. I had to improvise to make the line taut, too make it worked for me

KCKC: I bought this specifically to hang clothes indoors to decrease shrinkage and possible stains from setting. I love the fact that I can hang an entire load of delicates on this line without a problem. When it comes to shirts and pants I need to put those on a hanger first and then put the hanger on the line. Set up with super simple. It took me a while to figure out how to tighten it in a way that I felt most comfortable with. I definitely think this is worth the $20 because I'm someone that wants to make sure that my clothes last for as long as possible.
