lyns: I was told to start taking fenugreek by a friend for some health benefits. The gel pills get stuck in my throat, so I started taking just the powder. And I 100% prefer the powder even though it tastes absolutely awful I just kind of put it in a shallow amount of water and take it like a shot. But I really strange side effect is It makes your pee and your sweat smell like maple syrup, and it kind of freaks you out. And it’s like a really strong smell I mean if you’re a person that sweats a lot and you don’t like smelling like sweat and would rather smell like maple syrup maybe take this It could be a good thing.

Kindle Customer: Only giving three stars because I'm not sure if it's this fenugreek product that caused it, if I am allergic to it, or if I left it in too long, although I read I could leave it overnight but anyways

I purchased this product along with the neem powder because I've been looking for something natural to help with my dry itchy dehydrated scalp. I first tried the neem powder. I created a mask and put it in my hair. After 40 mins washed it out and the itching was gone, the dandruff was gone, and I saw a lot less breakage after washing my hair. So a week later, I decided to try a fenugreek hair mask because my sister have been using it for awhile now and her hair is down to her butt. I went through the same process that I went through with the neem powder but I put it in kinda late night and fell asleep. The next day I woke up and washed it out. Maybe a day or two later I noticed a scab in the middle of my head.. It was very bulky like I had some sort of burn. There was also a smaller one along the side of my head, but those were the only two places. So, I didn't think much of it. And mix separate Powder with water and your favorite oil i use a little Cocanut oil and Olive Oil mixed together heat up the oil and mix it, then combine them together the Atlantic Powder mixture and your Fenugreek mixture together it looks like Duncan Hines frosting put on your hair my hair type is 3c, 4a hair type and sit for 45 min to and hour then rinse the moisture in your hair is amazing, then Shampoo and Condition your hair Love it.
