Kate in Texas: the headset i was trying to connect took a little work, had to shut off all of the other Bluetooth in range (couple cars, 3 phones, and a cpap?!wtf). finally got the cheap crap imported headset to connect to the pc. nice little unit for the price. pleased overall.

Cody: Using extremely high end Bluetooth headphones you can hear the crappy noise and muffled audio compared to 20$ wired headphones. I tried using my 350$ studio grade headphones but they sound like crap. Don’t buy unless you are using mouse’s or keyboards the audio is trash.

Brianna McCurley: I bought this because my Bluetooth headphones' audio would cut in and out no matter what I did. This dongle fixed that instantly, my headphones work just fine and I can even walk around my room without losing signal once!
BUT my god was this the most difficult thing trying to install. I am very well versed with computers but I even struggled with this one. First of all, if you don't have a cd reader or an adapter like I did you'd have to install it from dropbox. I kept getting an error saying unauthorized Bluetooth adapters were installed and it would not install at all! So if you get this error let me give you the steps it took me an hour to figure out how to do in hopes to help you install this!
1)First things first you're gonna want to go into your computer's device manager then find your Bluetooth, whatever you have on there disable it, DON'T UNINSTALL IT that didn't even work for me for some reason. Just disable it then you might have to restart your computer.
2) Then install the BT DRIVER first in the Bt driver folder
3) Then in the windows driver scroll down until you see the setup and install it from there, MAKE SURE THE DONGLE IS NOT PLUGGED IN BEFORE YOU...
