RULE ONE, DON'T SEW A WOUND THAT'S BEEN UNTREATED FOR OVER 18 HOURS... YOU'LL GET AN INFECTION.... RULE TWO: LINE UP THE SKIN AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE AND USE SHALLOW STITCHES, DON'T GO DEEP YOU'LL HIT A VEIN AND CAUSE SOME BLEEDING.... RULE 3. THE SYNTHETIC CAT GUT IS TO PUT A FEW STITCHES INTO A MUSCLE OR FAT LAYER, THEY DISSOLVE AFTER 6 DAYS... RULE 4: STITCH IT ONLY IF YOU CAN'T GET TO AN ER OR URGENT CARE .... DON'T TRY STITCHING MUSCLES OR COMPLEX LACERATIONS OR CUTS ON THE FACE, YOU'LL LEAVE A SCAR.
