Emily: This backpack is so roomy and comfortable, but unfortunately for me, my airport’s “personal item size” did not agree with the write up’s measurements of 17.5x11x7 inches. The photo gives the true measurements of 20x13x8 inches which is fine for overhead storage but not under the seat. It is a truly great pack in all other respects and would highly recommend it.

Avid Amazonian: I travel quite a bit on Frontier (don't get me started...) With their crazy carry-on policies, I wanted to make sure I get a bag that would be OK as a 'handbag' and this one is. It has a lot of pockets for organization and storage. The best bit I like about it is the fact that main compartment opens up completely which helps organizing and packing in the main section very easy.

Christine Holmes: I can't believe how much I can get into this bag. It is very convenient for long weekend trips, unexpected last minute flights, and can carry a lot. I love all of the zipper compartments. To organize your things. It fits very well under an airplane seat or in the overhead bin. This is well-made and sturdy and I love using it.

Texas: I refuse to use a backpack for traveling (for years) but finally tried this one based on research and reviews. It hold SO much, has sturdy side pockets for coffee thermos or water bottles.. interior pockets in many places. I actually have enough room to toss my purse in...and it is cushioned on the straps and back, so no matter how full, it is comfortable. I have taken it on 4 trips so far and it is a perfect personal size on United, and will work for other airlines depending on how full (it must fit under the seat).

I needed a suitcase that I can wear on my back while leaving my hands free for a pair of hiking poles, as I have MS and need the added support for balance in getting around on trips requiring multiple changes in location, some of which require walking across uneven terrain. It holds a ton. I’ve packed 5 long sleeve and 2 sleeve shirts, pair of jeans, underwear and socks, gown, hiking poles, toiletry bag and still have one whole compartment free for dirty clothes and souvenirs and more space in main compartment. I think it’s going to be a winner! A review on Travel & Leisure says it weighs 2 lbs and rated it best value backpack suitcase.
