Ben H: The product works fine, but the manufacturer's website is sketchy. It demands that you allow notifications before you can visit any of the content, such as their product datasheets or application directions. I see no good reason that I should have to allow such elevated permissions just to learn more about how to use their commodity product. Such choices by the manufacturer do not impart consumer trust and are my biggest complaint with their product support.

Don: Used the sprayer I use for weeds for this solution. Easy to apply. It does drip, and overspray is an issue, so covering the area around your chimney is essential. Some time must elapse before we find out how effective the product is.

Yvonne J.: No kidding, I didn’t believe it myself. I had a leak in my brick chimney and even repointed any bad mortar joints , and replaced my entire chimney cap ( 600# worth) and I still had a leaks during heavy rains... I followed the directions and no more leaks!!!. I even spilled a little on my sidewalk and 3 years later water won’t penetrate the spot. When dry you can’t tell, but when wet you can see the parts of the sidewalk where I spilled some.

Mark D. McKercher: Had a leak around our chimney for a several years. Talked to a couple of contractors who recommended a good chimney sealer would do the trick. Going into our fourth year now and no more leaks. I respray Chimney RX every June just before hurricane season starts for piece of mind. Fantastic product!
