Lerns: I don't bake with almond flour. However, I do use it to dredge items for a flavorful topping, especially fish!
It is less finely ground than other almond flours. I personally like that; it's nice to have some texture! It tastes delicious. Highly recommend!

Gil: Tasty, healthy, and natural. We use it in every cake by replacing 1/3 of the wheat-flour on the recipe. The taste is great, an it is much healthier! I like this specific brand as they use unpeeled almonds

M B: I make low-carb muffins every other week, and Mandelin Almond Flour is a great substitute for the Almond Meal I used to buy which was discontinued by Trader Joe's. I store it in my freezer to preserve freshness.
