PJ: I have 2 of these & will probably get a 3rd & 4th as back up. I currently use 1 for hands and one specifically for pedicures. I do wish it came with more than 3 speeds because even on low, it can :still be too high with certain bits and it will get hot which isn’t the best on our clients.

x0_Alicia: I just started doing polygel nails and all the groups I've joined and videos I've watched have held to one common concensus; an E file is absolutely necessary for great results (unless you want to spend your life filing!) so I looked around Amazon, read a bunch of reviews, asked my groups and finally upon this Makartt drill. It's cordless, which is great because I'm notorious for catching cords on things and dropping/spilling and the lack of cord allows for soo much more movement. It doesn't take long to charge at all, and so far I've done 2 sets without placing it back on the charger (filing the cuticle, shaping, length) It comes with its own drill bits. You might find you need different ones, I am happy with these. I use the white porcelain for the polygel and it works great. I figured buying from a well known for quality brand like Makartt would be a good idea and I'm pleased I was right!
