J. Price: We needed a place to hang our clothes as they came out of the dryer. Popped this thing on the back of the laundry room door and Shazam, problem solved. It’s on the back side of the door so it isn’t seen. It holds more then enough clothing for a family of six. This thing doesn’t even notice the weight of 18 pairs of denim jeans hanging from it. This is a great little item that has multiple uses and can be placed anywhere.

Roguebc: Bought this to hang clothes out of the dryer to prevent wrinkling. It took a bit to get the screws to aligh to tighten bar to supports. I am happy with this. The clothes hang just like a clothes closet and the 'sleeves' do not touch the door. and its about 2/3 the width of the door so LOTS can be hung on it.

1711: My son moved in to a studio apartment with no storage or closets (nightmare) so every door in the unit had to be used to it's maximum storage potential. As such, this became a life saver. It wasn't as sturdy as I had hoped but for the money, it's fantastic. It holds more clothes (so, weight) than I thought it would--basically it holds about the capacity of a small closet!

Installation was basically non-existent (took under two minutes, no tools required), It's made from sturdy metal and I would think it fits pretty much any door you'd find in a North American home.

Highly recommended!

Paulajeanne: I've only had it one week, hence 3 stars for durability. Fits my door well, even tho' the brackets on top are a tad large. Doesn't shake or jiggle around . You can hang things on the bar parallel to the door, or the 2 bars perpendicular to the door. In case you're geometry-challenged, you can't do both at the same time--not enuf room!;) Maybe if you had baby clothes? Now that I've seen it, it would be possible to hang one on each side of the door, tho' i"m not sure I'm want the movement of the door to be that compromised (this is my bathroom door, & I'm in & out all the time). There's more than one of these being sold at amazon, & this is the largest I found, 18.5x10 (10 " down from top of door). It looks nice, as these things go. Would be nice if they offered other colors. Nice product.

Trish Webster: Very sturdy. Can hold quite a few hangers with wet garments. I use this over the bathroom door next to my W/D. I used the pant hangers with it to hang and dry my long pants by the cuff. The weight of the wet pants pull the legs down creating a very subtle crease down the front. There is enough room to space them out so the air will get in between.

RacyStacy: Great quality, easy to put together. Fits over the door very easily as not to scratch. I purchased it to help sort out my clothes. I usually have a large stand up one, but recently moved into a condo. I didn't want a large stand up one as it would take up valuable room. This one is perfect. Easy to store when not in use.

Nicolette: I had clothes hanging from the rim of every door in my home and in the middle of the night, I would accidentally walk through the clothes because I was half asleep and it would scare the bejesus out of me. This has completely solved that problem. The only issue is that my laundry room door won't close all the way now but hey - that's a small price to pay for a neat, organized, efficient way to dry my clothes.

Wendy Wilson: I am not a good homemaker. I did not inherit that or learn it from my mom. So, if clothes don't get hung up coming out of the dryer, they don't get hung up. I had purchased three collapsible door hangers about a month before and they all broke--could be because my 12 & 10 y/o don't understand how to gather their clothes without pulling down the hanger... This was easy to assemble and fits great in my house. I usually have the laundry room door open, so when it is full of clothes, there is some maneuvering required, but when it is empty there is no issue.

When assembling, do not over tighten screws. Get it finger tight and then hang it on the door you want it on. Then go ahead an tighten everything up. When my 10 y/o helped me put it together, he was a bit overzealous and we had a crooked rack. After we loosened it up, hung it and tightened it up again, it was truly square. Great price, great product.
