apackerfan: Product would not work. I was worried when the day after I ordered,I received an email warning that people were having problem getting unit to run, telling me to be careful, certain that unit properly locked. I was positive unit properly locked, Even tried a different outlet. Callled the service number provided. Left voice mail. Got a call back 1/2 hr later. By then I had packed up to take to kohls to return. He wanted to do a power test. I declined, no confidence in this unit. I received a 25% off coupon from kohl’s after returning to Amazon. Bought a ninja for same price, it turned to be a much better unit. Led buttons, locking top with unlock button. Rubber gasket to seal top to bowl. The difference was very obvious. I thought I would save a few bucks on a food processor since I us infrequently. Big mistake, thank god for Amazon return service through kohl’s.

Sunrise CircleSunrise Circle: now that my kids are getting bigger I needed a larger food processor. This was the largest I could find at the best price. I am extremely impressed with it. This appliance delivers Great results!
It comes with Many attachments (more than I even know what to do with.)
I’ve had it for a couple of months and it’s gotten lots of use. holding up very well!
I mainly use it to prepare Sofrito but I have ventured out and tried it for smoothies and received perfect consistency.
this weekend I used to make coleslaw for the first time. I got rave reviews at the party! Best coleslaw ever! I look forward to trying out more things With it.
I love its sleek and modern look that accents my kitchen beautifully.
It Comes apart easily for cleaning
overall extremely happy with this food processor. I plan to buy one for my sister as a housewarming gift soon. totally worth the price!

Gadget Geek: Good customer service. David worked with me to try and resolve the issue. The first one that came didn't work and gave the company a second shot after talking to him and put in a replacement, I'd normally give up. The 2nd one delivered I still could not get to start and ready to return but David again patiently tried explaining what needs to happen. I still couldn't get it to start. After we hung up, I opened unpacked the machine that I was ready to return and examined the mechanism of the bowl closely and without putting the bowl on the base, I placed the lid and locked it like you would if attached to the base. Then I saw a piece of plastic that came down and would push on the plastic sticking up on the base that would turn the power on. So then I locked in the bowl to the base then locked the cover till it clicked. It still won't come on. So I unlocked the lid and relocked back to the bowl but this time I pushed really hard, click and voila, we have contact! I really want it to work because of the citrus juicing feature together with the other features as this is the only one I've come across that would do citrus. It's too late now to try every feature so I will do it tomorrow....

Shantay HenrieShantay Henrie: Okay, this food processor does EVERYTHING! I had one awhile ago and it was such a pain to put together and clean. This one is easy to put together but still has all the safety features I could hope for to keep myself safe. The directions are very clear and I love the suction cups at the bottom of the machine that keep it from moving around. The Juicer is my favorite! I also love that I can purée fruit and meat for my baby. I made the best salsa in less than ten minutes! So yummy. I’m saving so much money by shredding my own cheese too. It’s super fast and easy. I love that there are different sizes. I use the slicer the most! It works great for my vegetables. Cleaning it was super easy and it doesn’t have little crevices for food to get stuck in. I highly recommend this Food Processor!

dorothy sloan: When I received my Food Processor it would not work I worked with it all day than just gave up and was sad but the next morning I completely took the time to read everything and I found that you have to make sure that the food bowl is secured tightly buy turning clock wise and it will click when I did this it worked Happy Happy and works perfect it does make noise but it works make sure not to only run one minute at a time easier on the motor great product for the money
