Elizabeth: The media could not be loaded. I was worried when I was taking out of the package, because it felt cheap. I was pleasantly surprised. The bits are decent, and will get you started easily. It would be nicer if it came with more sanding bands, but still a good starter kit. Using the holder stand was nice and sturdy, simple to use. I only had the drill stop with pressure on a very low speed. The power in this little thing is great, and it is not loud at all! Would definitely buy again if I ever needed another one.

Camille M Rodriguez: This is a nice little compact e-file. Very quiet and the speed control nob is easy to use. This doesn't give rotation speed but you can get the feel for it just by listening. Love that it came with a few files to get started with even though I had bought a set. It cool that the file storage is also a resting place for the tool.
