Grace Radican: It's great for growing herbs. I haven't tried flowers or vegetables much, though. It took a bit to figure out the set-up, but it works well and I love that it automatically shuts on and off in its own cycle, and that it has a flower function and a vegetable function. The water bobber that is supposed to tell you how much water is in the tank doesn't work, so I just add two liters every two weeks and that seems to do the trick. Great for the price, and it works fantastic besides the bobber.

Mastabas ReMastabas Re: UPDATE: 29/10/2023. After a few months, i need to say it make the job done, but don't recommend for planting more that 2 plants (If they are big plants). It's a good machine for initiating plants but not for long terms because of the 3L tank and the plants drops out a lot of water in 1 week. Buy another brand with 5L+ tank

UPDATE: 26/06/2023. After submitting the evidence of my issue, the support team contacted me. Performed a drive replacement immediately. I am surprised at the speed. NOTE: I need to test the new replacement.

Now, after having two weeks with my old hydroponic, I would like to complement my comments:

1.- The QR Code is in the manual on the back with the activation code.

2.- The water leveler does work. If for some reason it doesn't measure the water correctly, just gently move it clockwise until it rises. I confirm that they are 3L of water.

3.- The- water pump needs to move the water a little. If you see that your water pump does not move anything, then it is damaged.

P Belt: I got this system for my birthday and the rose gold color is gorgeous. Easy to assemble, but the instructions are a bit misleading. Maybe it is because I am getting old and not as sharp as I was a few years ago. I got it all assembled and did what I thought I was supposed to. I had ordered herb seeds and was so excited at the prospect of having an herb garden available all the time. I planted about 7 different herbs and after a week, the thyme sprouted. I then turned on the lights and the lights and the pump all worked well. I put some pieces of card stock over the unsprouted seeds. 3 weeks later, nothing else had sprouted. I had soaked the seeds the length of time on each package of seeds and as I said, the only thing that grew was some thyme. I was so disappointed because I was hoping that by my birthday, it would be full of seedlings. I replanted about 3 of the herbs, but nothing has sprouted. My daughter has a system from another company and hers has worked beautifully. The system works fine except that I cannot get my seeds to sprout in 6 of the 7 herbs that I planted. I did not select it just for the beautiful container….I really wanted some productivity from it.

Firstly, when I wrote the company about the missing grow lids, they immediately wrote back that the lids were very thin and maybe I didn’t see the other lids.

True, there were 12 lids.

This system is quiet and lots of my seeds are sprouting, so I’ll update in a month or two.

What I don’t like is it is almost February 2023 and I bought the system October 2022, so all the documentation was much older than that. THEY PROVIDE A WEBSITE ADDRESS, BUT IT STILL IS NOT SET UP!!!

The documentation that is supplied is very limited and leaves a beginner like me abandoned. I would love for them to:

- walk me through starting seeds to germination. Full strength nutrients or diluted?

- in their experience, what varieties of veggies do they recommend. Given the grow light’s maximum height is about 19”, what plant varieties should I try. I found dwarf determinate tomato seeds on Amazon, but what about peppers, cucumbers, etc

- as the water level drops, do I refill with water? Diluted or full strength nutrients?
