Lav: This is one of the most clever products made in the 21st Century. I cannot get off of the floor. I am a 70-year-old lady with multiple back injuries. I live alone. I had to find something padded to carry in my auto in order to add air to my tires, etc. You can use it as a seat or a kneeling aide. I can use the side grips to push myself up. I weigh 136. If someone is heavier, then I am not sure if the handles could be an aide. But for me, it is perfect. I have used it many times to kneel at home and get something from under my bed, etc. I ordered one for my auto and home. I gave my 75-year-old friend one and he loves it. Great product and idea.

caroln: I'm 71 years old and still do gardening. Whenever I weeded, it was a torturous chore. I'd slowly kneel down on a pad, weed as far as I could reach, then slowly and painfully try to stand up again, move the pad, and repeat the whole process the length of my flower bed. With this Garden Kneeler, I just pop up and down as many times as I want with no pain and I'm done in less than half the time. I highly recommend this to ANYONE who has trouble getting up and down from a kneeling position. It's a god-send. Just one caution...be sure to distribute your weight evenly when getting up or down. It does rock a little if it's not level.

Elaine: I love it--it makes it so much easier to get up and down in the garden (or anywhere else you work on your knees, like a garage or shop). The only negative I see is that it sometimes wobbles when you put your weight on it to get up from the ground. I think the only thing that would help is to extend it a little forward and back on the bottom--but that would also make it less easy to carry and store. I don't consider it hazardous, you just have to pay attention to what you're doing. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

C.Pell: This item is an excellent design and sturdily constructed. Placed one way, it's a seat for weeding. Flip it over, and it becomes a kneeler. In both positions, it offers sturdy handles which make it easier to get back to a standing position. My only complaint is that the cushions for the seat and for the kneeler are a bit hard -- hard enough to me uncomfortable after an hour or two. I have remedied that with a strip of foam rubber, but I wish that hadn't been necessary. However, that said, it's a very good product at an excellent price.
